Daniel Penz is the Emmy winning editor for Special Projects and Investigations for KTVT / CBS – 11 and KTXA / TXA - 21 in Dallas, TX. He has also been honored with awards from the Associated Press (x3), the RTNDA (Edward R. Murrow award), the Telly awards (x2), and the Dallas and Texas State Bar associations. The author and producer of The Well Tempered Dialect, Daniel was the Director of Dialect and Co-Director of Character for SAPA (The Scarborough Academy of Performing Arts) and pPerformer at Scarborough Faire: The Renaissance Festival for almost two decades. Daniel was also a Show Manager and Master of Ceremonies for Medieval Times, with nearly a thousand performances under his belt. An experienced performer and vocal talent, Daniel has provided voices for a wide range of clients, including: Nutrasystems, Ross Perot, the American Heart Association, the FUNimation Channel (roles include major characters in English language versions of Baki the Grappler, Basilisk, Black Blood Brothers, Black Cat, Case Closed, Full Metal Alchemist, One Piece and Samurai 7), and was the original voice for the character of Max Payne. He holds a Bachelors Degree in Theater from the University of North Texas, and a Marketing Certificate from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University.
